JAMAICA, N.Y. — The York College men's volleyball team has advanced to the semfinals of the 2015 CUNYAC Championship and will meet up with a familiar foe in Hunter College on April 10 at 4 p.m. at Hunter. 
 
This will be the seventh straight year York has advanced into the semifinal round and the third straight season they will meet up with Hunter College in the semifinals.  The last two seasons, York lost to Hunter in its two regular season match-ups, only to pull off an upset victory over the Hawks in the semifinal meeting.
 
York (16-7, 12-4 CUNYAC) is hoping that trend continues in 2015 as the Hawks (20-12, 15-1 CUNYAC) had York's number in the two regular season meetings, winning both matches in straight sets.
 
If York were to advance, they would play in the finals later that night at 8 p.m. where they would face either Baruch Collegeor Lehman College, who square off in the other semifinal.  Both semifinal matches have live stats available, while the finals will be aired live on ESPN 3.
