Men’s Volleyball Tops John Jay for Fourth Straight Win

NEW YORK, N.Y. — The York College men's volleyball team continued its winning ways this season, picking up its fourth straight victory on Saturday by defeating John Jay College 3-0 (25-6, 25-21, 25-23).
Senior
Leszek Stankiewicz was a force on both offense and defense, recording six kills while combining for 11 blocks—four solo and seven assisted.
Edner Geffrard picked up ten klls, hit .350 and added six digs, while
Avinash Thomas finished with seven kills, a .417 hitting percentage, 13 assists and four digs. Libero
Terrence Sutton led all palyers with 16 digs.
York (21-11, 9-2 CUNYAC) will host Hunter College and St. Joseph's College (Brooklyn) at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. respectively in their final regular season home game on April 2.
