www.YORKATHLETICS.com) York College men's volleyball returned to home court Tuesday evening, battling the John Jay College Bloodhounds (11-5, 5-2 CUNYAC) in a CUNYAC showdown. A competitive first two stanzas, the Bloodhounds emerged victorious in straight sets (25-19, 25-18, 25-12) from York College Gymnasium.
First Set Breakdown
- A kill by Heyliger, Jr. gave York an early 2-0 edge.
- John Jay responded with six consecutive points.
- An extended 6-3 burst from York narrowed the deficit to one (9-8).
