The York College women's basketball team is headed to the CUNYAC playoffs where they will take on John Jay College in the first round on Thursday, February 16 at 5 p.m.
 
As the #7 seed, York will be the road team in this game against the #6 seed John Jay.  Although John Jay is the host, this game will be played at Westchester Community College due to a conflict in John Jay's gymnasium that day.
 
York lost both meetings to John Jay this year. However, both games were nail biters, with the Cardinals missing a potential game-winning three-pointer at the buzzer on January 13 and a potential game-tying three with ten seconds left on February 7.
 
Should the Cardinals advance, they would move on to the second round, where they would visit third-seeded College of Staten Island on Saturday at 1 p.m.
