JAMAICA, N.Y.-- The York College men's and women's swimming team hosted its home opener vs. the College of New Rochelle and Queens College.  The men finished in a tie with Queens College, but lost to New Rochelle. The women fell in both meets.

Juan Rodriguez led the men with a second-place finish in the 100-meter breaststroke. 

The Cardinals will visit Brooklyn College on November 7.
