Randy Adams had a pair of dominant efforts in a tri-match held at Cairn University on Saturday, leading York to a 3-0 (25-23, 25-16, 25-15) win over Penn State University-Altoona and a 3-1 (18-25, 25-21, 25-21, 25-10) win over Cairn.
Stankiewicz recorded 11 kills apiece and hit over .400 in both matches. Against Cairn, he also nearly registered a triple-double, as he added 11 digs and eight blocks.
Randy Adams also notched 11 kills against Altoona, while finishing with 15 kills and eight digs vs. Cairn.
Setter
Avinash Thomas also had a pair of nice outings, finishing with 35 assists and seven digs against PSU and 37 assists and nine digs vs. Cairn.
Bryan Williams added eight kills apiece in the two matches.
York, 7-4, will return to action on Tuesday on the road against CCNY at 7 p.m.
