QUEENS, NY— The York College softball team was overpowered by a strong Hunter College team on Friday afternoon, losing a doubleheader by scores of 17-0 and 17-2.

The two losses drop York's record to 3-13 overall and 2-4 in the CUNY Athletic Conference.  York will battle Elmira at Cunningham Park (Field #9) on Tuesday, April 19 at 2:00 p.m. in a non-conference doubleheader.
