BRONX, NY— The York College men's volleyball team was defeated in three sets by Lehman College Tuesday evening, losing 3-0 (25-17, 25-18, 25-9).  The loss drops York's record to 6-5 overall and 2-2 in the CUNY Athletic Conference. 

Lehman used a balance effort to top the Cardinals.  RJ LeBlanc led the Lightning with ten kills and five digs and Luis Colon added 11 digs and five kills.   York was led by freshman outside hitter Ahmed Helmi who slammed six kills.  Freshman outside hitter Terrence Sutton added a team-high nine digs to go along with five kills and senior middle hitter Alex Niles added five kills and seven digs. 

Lehman improves to 4-6 overall and 2-2 in conference play.  York will return to action Thursday when they host Brooklyn College at 7:00 p.m.
