Alisha Adams was named to the six-person 2025 CUNYAC Women's Soccer Preseason Player to Watch list, announced Tuesday by the league office.
Starting in 14 matches during the 2024 campaign, Adams netted a career-best four goals and set her teammates up on seven occasions. Her seven assists were a program record and were tied for eighth among all CUNYAC players. In a home matchup against Medgar Evers College (Sept. 23), she tallied her first-career brace and accumulated a hat-trick of assists.
According to the coaches, the Cardinals will finish fifth in the upcoming campaign.

John Jay College topped the charts with 24 points and four first-place nods. Lehman College and Brooklyn College received the two other first-place votes. York totaled 10 points. The Cardinals' five-match conference schedule commences with a home encounter versus Brooklyn College on October 11.
The 2025 CUNYAC Championship will take place on November 1 (semifinals) and November 8 (finals), with the league champion receiving an automatic qualifier to the NCAA Tournament.
