FLUSHING, NY--- (www.YORKATHLETICS.com) York College's Kresanta Jones was honored by the City University of New York Athletic Conference (CUNYAC) as a member of the 2024 Women's Soccer Sportsmanship Team.

"Kresanta did not miss a practice or a game. She is humble to learn and works hard to get better. After every game, she shakes the opponent's hands to congratulate them for the performance."-head coach Ovid Cusu

On the field, Jones appeared in 15 matches and 983 minutes in her second season with the team, tallying two goals, two assists, and notching her first-career game-winning goal. Overall, this distinction is Jones' first-career CUNYAC honor.
