Jigcara Grant continued her dominance on the court and won her third consecutive Athlete of the Month award.   In the month of February Jigcara averaged an incredible 11 points and 23.4 rebounds a game.  On her senior night- February 16th, she scored 27 points on 9-11 shooting while also grabbing a game high 30 rebounds. In the first round of the CUNYAC tournament against Baruch, Jigcara had 36 rebounds to go along with 14 points, leading York to it’s first playoff win since the 2002-2003 season. Jigcara was named a City University of New York athletic Conference Second Team All-Star.
