Freshman Ryan Smart had an excellent month of December, averaging 13.8 points and 8.3 rebounds over five games for the men’s basketball team.  His best effort was a 22-point, eight rebound performance in a loss to Augsburg College on December 21.  On the season, as of January 6, Smart is averaging a team-best 13.1 points and 8.7 rebounds per game.
