Angelika Ruggiano had a solid month for the women’s basketball team in the month of December, averaging 13 points and 3.2 assists per game over five contests. 

Her best effort came in York’s only win of the month—a 62-55 triumph over conference-rival the City College of New York on Dec. 5th.  In that game, she match her career high in points with 20, while also handing out five assists. 
 
This season, Ruggiano is the team’s leading scorer, averaging 12.7 points per game, and also is first on the squad with 3.0 assists per game.
