NEW YORK--- (www.YORKATHLETICS.com) York College's Keanna Clouden was recognized as a 2026 CUNYAC Women's Outdoor Track & Field Athlete on Thursday as league officials promoted the five-member set. With this outdoor laurel, Clouden has now earned CUNYAC Athlete to Watch for both track campaigns this year. Previously, the Brooklyn native repeated as York's representative on the CUNYAC Women's Cross Country preseason watch list.

Mainly competing in the 200 and 400-meter competitions, Clouden ran in five meets for the indoor squad in the 2025-26 season. Showing out in the CUNYAC Championships, she generated one point in the 400-meter event (1:19.75). The three-year veteran also produced six championship points in the 2025 outdoor campaign, finishing fifth in the 200-meter dash (31.18, four points) and the 4x100-Meter Relay (59.39, two points). 

Coaches view York as CUNYAC's fifth-best team.

Medgar Evers College leads the poll with 16 points and four first-place nods, followed by Hunter College's 12 points and one first-place vote. The Cardinals tallied four points.

York's seven-meet slate commences with University of St. John's The Big Hurt on March 28 at their campus's DaSilva Memorial Field. 

The 2026 CUNYAC Championships are scheduled to take place on May 2 at Icahn Stadium.
