NEW YORK --- (www.YORKATHLETICS.com) York College's Michael Zhang was honored Tuesday afternoon as a member of the City University of New York Athletic Conference (CUNYAC) 2025 Men's Cross Country Sportsmanship Team. 

This laurel is Zhang's second conference postseason award, adding to his All-Star performance in the 5,000-meter competition during the 2024 Outdoor Track season. Additionally, the junior was nominated as a CUNYAC Men's Cross Country Runner to Watch for the last two seasons. In the 2025 campaign, he paced the Cardinals in all of his meets, authoring a career-best CUNYAC Championship time of 33:27.5, good enough for 16th place.
