www.YORKATHLETICS.com) York College men's and women's cross country competed at the Saint Joseph's New York Invitational Saturday afternoon from Sunken Meadow Park in Kings Park, NY.
Keanna Clouden topped the charts for the Cardinal women, crossing the finish line at 29:12.5.
Sendya Deravin (43:09.8) and
Jordanna Jervis (50:59.2) completed York's lineup.Â
Rachel Mow of Queens College garnered a first-place result, checking in at 20:47.2. Overall, Sarah Lawrence College triumphed with a team score of 91.
Chris Merilan paced the men's squad for the first time, running the 8K course in 41:9.1. Making his cross country debut,
Kelechi Nnadi clocked in at 59:46.7.Â
Monroe University's Nkanyezi Ziqubu won the race with a time of 26:14.4, and Saint Joseph's University (L.I) produced the meet's top team score at 59.

The Cardinals lace up their sneakers next Sunday (Oct. 26) for the CUNYAC Championships starting at 9:30 a.m. from Van Cortlandt Park.
