Wood-by Paulemont has been named to the 2025-26 CUNYAC Men's Swimming Preseason Swimmer to Watch list, as league officials announced the four-member group.
Swimming in six meets during his debut season (2023-24), Paulemont recorded nine top-five individual finishes. Mainly competing in the freestyle and backstroke events, he had a pair of top-20 finishes in the 2024 CUNYAC Championships in the 100-yard backstroke (2:02.88, 10th) and the 50-yard freestyle (35.6, 17th). The Brooklyn native took home the 2023-24 York College Men's Swimming Newcomer of the Year for his efforts.

Baruch College tops the charts with nine points and three first-place votes, while Brooklyn College tallied the other first-place nod. York generated three points.
The 2025-26 slate finishes with CUNYAC Championships, which will take place on January 30 (Day 1), February 1 (Day 2), and February 2 (Day 3) at Lehman College's The APEX.
The Cardinals begin their campaign Saturday (Dec. 6) with a road meet against the Sarah Lawrence College Gyrphons starting at 12 p.m. from Campbell Sports Center.
