Swimming Closes Out Regular Season at USMMA

RESULTS

KINGS POINT, N.Y.— The York College men's and women's swim teams each wrapped up the 2013-14 regular season on Thursday with a double dual meet against host United States Merchant Marine Academy and Old Westbury. The women lost 62-26 to USMMA and fell 57-22 to Old Westbury. The men were defeated 65-32 by USMMA and 54-32 by Old Westbury.

The top performer for York was Alfred Clark who placed second in the 100-yard backstroke (1:10.83) and the 200-yard freestyle (2:08.78).

Both teams will return to action next Thursday for the start of the CUNYAC Championships at Lehman College. The meet will go off at 1:00 p.m.
