York College senior Track and Field Athlete Nosa Edionwe enjoyed one of his best months as a Cardinal athlete in April. At the Oscar Moore Invitational, he came in first in the shot put with a distance of 12.32 meters, as well as a second-place finish in the hammer throw. He also had an impressive showing at the Coach Omeltchenko Invitational, finishing fourth out of 29 competitors in the shot put, beating out many Division I and II athletes. The month concluded at the Lions Invitational, where he set a personal record in the hammer throw with a distance of 45.86 meters.
