JAMAICA, NY--- (www.YORKATHLETICS.com) York College men's tennis began its 2026 season with a CUNYAC home matchup against the Brooklyn College Bulldogs (1-2, 1-0 CUNYAC), falling by a scoreline of 7-0 at York College Courts.

Debuting with the men's tennis program, the duo of Munab Hasnain and Oscar Leyva generated one game on the No. 2 doubles court. In singles play, Hasnain paced the squad with three total games at the No. 3 level. Playing his first match since the 2024 campaign, Shady Kalil collected two games on the No. 3 court. Coming into the season as a CUNYAC Men's Tennis Player to Watch, Altenor Molien competed in No. 1 singles for just the second time in his career.
