New York, N.Y.--The York College Men's basketball (9-15, 5-10 CUNYAC), defeat John Jay College (14-9, 8-6 CUNYAC) on the road by a score of 66-59.

This game started off as a CUNYAC battle between the two teams. Jerome Petty would score a three-point basket on a fast break to give his team a nine point advantage.

For the start of the second half, the Cardinals would find themselves in an up-hill battle, until
Darin Dove cut the lead to one, three minutes into the game.

With 10 minutes remaining,
Devine Chisholm converted successfully behind the three-point arc to put York back on top. The game would keep on going back and forth, until Doug Levy of the Bloodhounds tied the game with a layup in the paint making the score 50-50.

York would capitalize on a turnover by Essien Epps and from there on take advantage to win the game.

Devine Chisholm finished the game with 13-points shooting 5-8 from field goal and 100% from free throw range.

Darin dove would also finish the game with double digits in scoring with 10-points.
