Cardinals Swept by Lions on the Road
 
Boston, M.A.--The York College Men's Volleyball team were swept on the first game of their weekend road trip 3-0 (25-8,25-12,25-11).
 
Emerson College took control early on in the match from the very first set. From there on they never looked back. Emerson player Mark Piorkowski had 13 kills in 22 attempts. His teammate Samuel Willinger tallied 5 kills in 6 attempts. Together they tallied 23.5 points for the night.
 
Despite the loss, York's Philton Paul finished the night with 7 points, 6 kills and 6 digs.

The next time out for the Men's Volleyball will play Emmanuel College and Eastern Nazareth College on a Saturday evening tri-meet, first match starting at 2:00pm.
