FLUSHING, N.Y.—The York College men's tennis team came up short in a match vs. John Jay College at the USTA National Tennis Center on Saturday, losing by a score of 7-2.
Despite the loss, York's
Felix Liew got his first victory of the year, defeating Kevin LaTorre, 6-2, 6-4 at #3 singles.
Abir Dupu won his second straight match, topping Joseph Quintero, 6-3, 6-1 at #6 singles.
York is now 0-7, 0-3 CUNYAC, while John Jay is 2-6, 1-3 CUNYAC.
