JAMAICA, N.Y.—The York College men's tennis team lost their quarterfinal matchup at the CUNYAC championships this past Friday. Two-Seeded Baruch College defeated seven-seeded, York 5-1.
The lone victory of the match for the Cardinals came because of forfeit. The closest match of the day was from number two singles. Lewis Pena of Baruch went up against
Vimal Ramnarain of York. The match ended at 6-2, 2-1.
The Cardinals look to rebound as they travel to St. Josephs Saturday for a 4 p.m. match.
