The York College men's tennis team lost 9-0 to Purchase College in an out-of-conference matchup on Friday. On Saturday in a CUNYAC matchup against John Jay College, the Cardinals were also swept, 9-0.
The closest match came in first singles against the Bloodhounds. Yevgeniy Remennik (John Jay) defeated
Hasnain Khatri (York), 6-3, 6-3 in straight sets.
York will look to bounce back on Tuesday, in a non-conference matchup against St. Joseph's College (Brooklyn) at the York College Courts, beginning at 4:30 p.m.
