Men’s Tennis Falls Short Against Brooklyn, 7-2

RESULTS
BROOKLYN, N.Y.- The York College men's tennis team came up short in an important CUNYAC match against Brooklyn College, losing 7-2.
 
York's Jay Pal earned a hard-fought 4-6, 6-1, 10-4 victory at #3 singles and Elnathan Atwell won 7-6, 6-1 at #6 singles but the Bulldogs took the other singles matches convincingly.
 
Doubles play saw the Cardinals lose a pair of close matches.  Haseeb Raza and Hasnain Khatri lost 8-6 at the first flight, while Pal and Ruel Quamina also lost 8-6.
 
York falls to 4-6, 1-3 CUNYAC, while Brooklyn improves to 5-5, 4-2 CUNYAC.  The Cardinals will host Baruch College on Thursday at 4 p.m.
