FLUSHING, N.Y. – The York College women's tennis team lost 9-0 to St. Joseph's this past Tuesday at the U.S. National Tennis Center.
York was missing their number two and three players, which caused a couple of players to move up a flight, which contributed to the lopsided scoring.
York now has a 1-9 overall record, while the Lady Bears of St. Joseph's improves to 2-6 overall.
The Cardinals will be facing Rutgers-Newark this Friday at 6 p.m. at Newark, NJ, in preparation for their CUNYAC quarterfinals match against Staten Island, Sunday October 19th.
