Busat Wins Two Matches but Men’s Tennis Falls to Rutgers-Newark

NEWARK, N.J – York College senior Ayman Busat won both his singles and doubles matches but the Cardinals could only win one other match, as they lost to Rutgers-Newark, 6-3, on Saturday afternoon.

Busat was a 6-0, 6-2 victor at first singles and also teamed up with Iheanyi Agbor at first doubles to win, 8-1. York's other win came at #3 singles, where Gary Reynoso won a 6-4, 6-4 decision.

York drops to 4-8, while Rutgers-Newark improves to 5-6. The Cardinals will host St. Joseph's College on Tuesday.
