JAMAICA, NY— The York College women's tennis team picked up its third consecutive victory Wednesday afternoon, defeating St. Joseph's College (BK) by a score of 8-1.  With the win, York's overall record now stands at 5-5.

The Lady Cardinals had little trouble dispensing of the Golden Bears.   Playing a ten game pro-set, Nicole Jones, Nina Olladikankwu, Anna Ko, and Irma Ruilova each won 10-0 at their respective flights.   Amba Chanoine also won a hard-fought match at third doubles by a score of 10-7.

York will look to make it four straight when they host Brooklyn College on Friday at 4:00 p.m.
