York Tennis Tops City Tech, 7-2; Earns CUNYAC Playoff Berth
JAMAICA, NY— In a game that decided the last seed for the CUNY Athletic Conference Playoffs, the York College men's tennis team earned a 7-2 win over City Tech on Saturday. With the win, the Cardinals earn the eighth and final seed in the playoffs and will visit the College of Staten Island on Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. in the quarterfinals.
The Cardinals swept the doubles matches and won four of six singles to take the playoff-clinching victory.
