FLUSHING, NY --- (www.YORKATHLETICS.com) York College star guard Alicia Gumbs was selected to the eight-member 2024-25 CUNYAC Women's Basketball Preseason Player to Watch list, announced by the league office. This marks the second consecutive Preseason Player to Watch nomination for the Queens native.

Playing in all 19 contests last season, Gumbs averaged 23.1 points, 8.4 rebounds, and 3.2 assists per game on a nation-high 39.8 minutes per game to earn a CUNYAC All-Star Second-Team nod.
