PURCHASE, NY --- (
www.YORKATHLETICS.com) York College women's tennis continued their campaign Tuesday evening against the Purchase College Panthers (5-2), falling 7-0 in a non-conference road matchup from Purchase College Courts.
The duo of
Bisola Babanumi and
Dawa Bhote claimed one game on the No. 2 doubles court, and the pair of
Maryam Khan and
Seunga Jeong totaled one game on the No. 3 court.
Julia Wyman put in a great effort on the No. 6 singles court, winning eight games over two sets and losing in a super tiebreaker.
Emperatriz Cesar returned to competition and grabbed one game in her No. 1 singles match.
