FLUSHING, NY --- (www.YORKATHLETICS.com) York College men's basketball junior guard Terrell Fullerton was announced Tuesday as the CUNYAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week for games played February 6-12. Additionally, Fullerton garnered his third-consecutive Metropolitan Basketball Writers Association (MBWA) Divisions II-III Weekly Honorable Mention distinction. For the season, Fullerton has won two CUNYAC Player of the Week awards and received recognition from the MBWA five times. 

Fullerton averaged 24.5 points, 10.5 rebounds, 2.5 steals and 2.5 assists while shooting 41.7 percent (15-of-36), 66.7 percent (4-of-6) from 3-point range and 65.2 percent (15-of-23) from the free-throw line in a 1-1 week for the Cardinals. Leading the Cardinals to the 90-81 CUNYAC win at City College of New York (Feb. 8), Fullerton went off for a season-high 33 points (10-23 FG, 12-15 FT) to go along with 14 rebounds for his fourth double-double of the campaign. Trailing 60-47, Fullerton netted 19 of the team's final 43 points. Falling in a close 94-88 CUNYAC loss at home against Hunter College (Feb. 10), Fullerton recorded 16 points (5-of-13 FG, 3-of-4 FT), seven rebounds, four assists and four steals. 

Across 23 games, the Brooklyn native is averaging 18.4 points, 5.4 rebounds, 4.9 assists and 1.6 steals in 33.7 minutes per contest while shooting 43.9 percent (155-of-353) from the field, 31.1 percent (32-of-103) from downtown, and 74.3 percent (81-of-109) from the charity stripe.

Fullerton ranks highly among the CUNYAC leaders in scoring (3rd), assists (3rd), minutes per game (5th), free-throw percentage (5th), steals (9th) and rebounds per game (15th). Additionally, per the latest NCAA Division III Statistical Rankings Summary, Fullerton is tied for 41st in assists per game and tied for 87th in points per game. 

Fullerton and the Cardinals (8-16, 7-6 CUNYAC) cap off the regular season Tuesday (Feb. 14) against the Brooklyn College Bulldogs (4-19, 2-11 CUNYAC) in a CUNYAC road matchup at 7:15 p.m inside West Quad Center Gymnasium.
