BROOKLYN --- (

Jafet Gomez (2022-23),
Shemar Green (2019-23),
Kamil Kuzminski (2022-23),
Kervin Mondesir (2019-23) and

First-Half Breakdown
- A cagey affair in the beginning, Pratt's Diego Piña placed a shot in the bottom right corner at the 11:38 mark, but York goalkeeper George Molina (1-5-1) expertly pushed it out for a corner.
- Jude Fox tested Molina in the 33rd minute, but could not come up with a finish as the netminder collected Fox's long shot.
- Holding their own at the back, the Cardinals pressed the Cannoneers' defense for ten shots, but could not find the back of the net.
- Standing over a free kick at the edge of the 18-yard box three minutes from halftime, Marvin Mondesir struck it just above the crossbar.
Second-Half Breakdown
- Both sides canceled each other out for the first 20 minutes as each team fired one shot.
- Threatening to break the deadlock, Kervin Mondesir and David Luna had chances saved by Pratt goalie Anil Pugh in the 67th and 68th minutes, respectively.
- A few seconds after Pugh's second stop, Gonez found Anuar Arias on a cutback and he turned the ball in the net to give York a 1-0 edge.
- Responding almost immediately, Pratt's Carter Tillman latched onto a forward ball in the box, forcing Molina into a point blank save before the ball found Paxton Lyman for a tap-in.
- Attempting to re-take the lead, substitute goalie Dimitris Papagiannakopoulos repelled the Cardinals attempts on goal. He collected Marvin Mondesir's shot in the 77th minute before parrying away close range shots by Jamar Johnson and Kervin Mondesir later on.
- For Pratt, long range blasts from Bryan Hong-Dominguez and Lyman rattled the crossbar in the 81st minute, ensuring the match ended 1-1.
