First-Half Breakdown
- Saleel Eldin opened the scoring for Hunter six minutes in, slotting home a pass from Robin Sebastian.
- Following three saves from Cardinal goalkeeper George Molina, Marvin Mondesir tested the opposing goal for York's first shot on target of the match in the 15th minute.
- Still ahead 1-0, Kristopher Lage doubled Hunter's lead at the 23:26 mark, and Bradley Espejo made it a 3-0 advantage over a minute later.
