JAMAICA, NY - The York College men's tennis team dropped a CUNYAC match Saturday afternoon to College of Staten Island by a score of 9-0 from York College Courts.  

Ralph Ramos, a four-year member of the tennis team, played his final home match of the season today. Ramos was honored before the match with the annual Senior Day Ceremony presented by director of athletics & recreation Deneé Barracato, associate director of athletics Carl Christian, and head coach Carl Summerlin.

The loss moved York to 0-6 on the season and 0-3 in the CUNYAC standings while CSI improved to 5-1 and 3-0.  York returns to action Tuesday afternoon in Flushing, New York with a CUNYAC showdown against Baruch College at 3:30 p.m. from USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.
