Women's Swimming goes 0-3 on Triple-Dual Meet at St. Joseph's College- Long Island
PATCHOGUE, N.Y. — The York College women's swimming team lost in their triple-double dual meet to Cedar Crest College, 135-46, St. Joseph's College - Brooklyn, 88-54 and St. Joseph's College - Long Island, 132-42 Friday night.
The York women drop to 1-6, 0-2 CUNYAC.
The Cardinals Kaithyn Taylor,
Dorianny Rojas,
Mariela Rosario and
Shantusha Kanhai collected second-place points in the 400-yard freestyle relay (5.37.21).
The red and black also received 2nd-place points from
Mariela Rosario in the 100-meter individual butterfly (1:31.54) and
Argenis Morales in the 500-yard freestyle (11:36.64).
York returns to action on Tuesday with a men's and women's swim meet. The Cardinals will travel to Lehman College at 6 p.m.
