JAMAICA, N.Y. — Rookie guard Mac-Dege Dessources, York (Fr, C, Brooklyn, N.Y.) was named Rookie of the Week as announced by the league office on Monday.

Dessources recorded two double-doubles last week in just her second and third collegiate contests. Despite two Cardinals' losses, Dessources tallied 15 points with 21 rebounds against Mary Baldwin and 10 points with 19 rebounds at Notre Dame of Maryland.

Next up for the Cardinals who are 0-3 is a road game against The College at Old Westbury on Wednesday, November 28 beginning at 6:00 p.m.
