JAMAICA, N.Y. — Rookie guard Devine Chisholm (Brooklyn, N.Y./John Dewey) named Rookie of the Week as announced by the league office on Monday.

Chisholm tallied the first double-digit scoring game of his collegiate career on Sunday versus No. 9 Hamilton. He shot 3-of-5 from three-point range and notched 17 points in a 125-65 loss to a tough Hamilton team.

During the first four games of the season the rookie averaged six points, three assists, and two steals coming off the bench for the Cardinals to help catapult York to a 3-1 start to the season.

Next up for the Cardinals who are 3-2 is their CUNYAC opener on the road at Brooklyn College next Friday (Nov. 30) beginning at 7:15 p.m.
