CLARKS SUMMIT, P.A.—The York College women's volleyball team traveled to Clarks Summit University in Pennsylvania on Saturday and came up short in matches against Clarks Summit and Notre Dame University of Maryland.
The Cardinals lost both matches in straight sets. In the loss vs. CSU,
Chayana Jimenez and
Maria Rodriguez led York with three kills.
Kassandra Diaz had a nice day defensively, recording ten digs, while Rodriguez and
Allison Ahmed added seven digs.
In the loss against Notre Dame of MD,
Allison Ahmed totaled a team-best eight digs.
The losses drop York's record to 0-10. Notre Dame is 12-3, while CSU is 2-13. York will visit the College of Staten Island on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
