JAMAICA, NY—The York College men's soccer team rallied from a two-goal deficit Saturday afternoon and salvaged a 2-2 tie against conference rival John Jay College.

The Cardinals found themselves in a tough hole after John Jay's Edward Gonzalez scored a pair of first half goals to give the Bloodhounds a 2-0 advantage going into the locker room.

York fought back however, scoring an unassisted goal in the 58th minute from Menard Millus to make it 2-1.  Then in the 70th minute, a handball on a John Jay player in the goalie box resulted in a penalty kick for York.  The reigning CUNYAC Rookie of the Week, Khadim Kebe, converted the penalty kick to knot the score up at 2-2.

In overtime, neither team could muster many scoring opportunities and the contest finished with a 2-2 tie.
