York College

EWING, NJ—York College sophomore Kemilla John placed in two events to lead the York College track and field team at The College of New Jersey Invitational.  John finished third in both the 100-meter dash (13.13) and the 200-meter dash (26.83).  Both times were her fastest of the season.  Also contributing for York on the women's side was Wendella Rankin who finished third in the 400-meter dash (1:02.91) and third in the triple jump (9.58 meters). 

The men were led by Christopher Peguerro who finished eighth in two events.  He ran the 200-meter dash in a time of 23.85 and the 400-meter dash in 51.75.    

York will compete next Saturday at a meet to be announced.
