POMONA, NJ—York College sophomore Kemilla John came in fourth place in the 100-meter dash (13.62) and seventh place in the 200-meter dash (27.74) to lead the York College Outdoor Track and Field team at the Richard Stockton Invitational on Saturday. 

Senior Wendella Rankin also performed well, placing sixth in the 200-meter dash (27.54) and ninth in the 400-meter dash (1:04.15). 

For the men, Christopher Peguero led York with a seventh-place finish in the 400-meter dash (52.35), while Lance Fleming placed eighth in the 1,500 meter run (4:25.39).   Curwin Laurent placed seventh in the long jump (6.10 meters) to lead the Cardinals in field events.
