Men’s Track and Field Finish 16th at CTC Championships

MIDDLETOWN, CT— The York College men's track and field team finished 16^th overall at the CTC Championships at Wesleyan University on Saturday afternoon.

Chinedu Agu led the Cardinals with a fifth place finish in the 400-meter dash with a time of 51.50. Ronel Phillip added a ninth place finish in the 800-meters (2:05.28) and Lance Fleming finished 11^th in the same event (2:07.14).

In the distance events, Kenny Jacquet added an eighth place finish in the 3,000-meter run in a time of 10:02.21.

The 4x400 relay team of Agu, Phillip, Fleming and Tarik Weekes placed fifth overall in a time of 3:28.65.

York will run at the CUNYAC Championships on February 28^th at 4:00 p.m.
